My Lady Dye is here to provide you with amazing & fabulous handcrafted stationery! No design is impossible & there are NO LIMITS as to what I can do for you! If you have a vision, I can create your masterpiece!  Everything is personalized and individually handcrafted by MOI!  I design for all events including wedding, birthday, religious, shower, graduation, sweet sixteen, corporate, baby, and more!

*** MY SHOP POLICIES & TERMS***

Return Policy:

All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable (NO EXCEPTIONS) because all My Lady Dye products are individually handcrafted and fully customized. Once payment is completed, and order can not be canceled. 

Shipping:
All shipments are via USPS (United States Postal Service). Methods include: Priority Mail (2-3 business days), Parcel Post, First Class, or Express (overnight). Express Mail is the ONLY GUARANTEED service.  I can ship any method you prefer, whether it's USPS or other (i.e. FedEx, etc).

For all orders, INSURANCE is required. Tracking numbers will be provided, as delivery confirmation is included. 

FYI - My Lady Dye is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or missing orders that may occur during shipment.

For International Orders:
There is probability of "lost", "damaged", or "missing" packages/goods. The ETA (estimated time of arrival) is almost never accurate due to handling of the Customs Department.  Buyer may also incur additional custom's fees/taxes, etc which is their own responsibility.

For All Orders:
Digital proofs are emailed to the client for review, comments, and final approval. All final approvals are via email. Once approved, production starts.  Remark: My Lady Dye reserves the right NOT to sell to a client/buyer; all paid transactions will be fully refunded via Paypal.

Payment:
All payments are via Paypal, money order, personal check, cash, and/or Western Union. For all extremely large orders, shipping cost(s) will be a separate payment, as the completed order must be packaged and weighed for accurate shipping/handling costs. Items are not shipped unless all My Lady Dye fees are paid.

If payment is completed via personal check, the order is not officially placed until the day the check clears the bank. If your check is returned, there will be a $35 fee. You must pay this fee to proceed with the current order or to ensure any possible future orders and/or to continue a working relationship with My Lady Dye.

Please note: All clients, especially local Nashville area clients, are encouraged to make payments OFF-LINE via money order, personal check, or cash if possible. Thank you!

Fees:
All clients/buyers are understood to comply and pay for all required fees, whether it's a Paypal fee or a "MY LADY DYE" fee. This policy refers to all fees which pertain to shipment, purchase, or other.

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES:
* FREE custom design services for all orders over $500, after qualifying discounts and excluding shipping cost.  Clients are required to order samples. For the custom design sample order, a custom design fee will be applied but if you proceed with a larger order of that same item, then you will get credited 100% of that fee towards that next purchase of that same item.
* FREE personalization (editing of text and colors).
* FREE Re-sizing services (i.e. - modifying an A7 card into a smaller RSVP card size or vise verse).

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS:
Are applied to all items in your order. Discount is based on quantity ordered per item and price will be adjusted accordingly.

 5%  Discount (50 to 99 pieces/sets)
10% Discount (100 to 149 pieces/sets)
15% Discount (150 to 199 pieces/sets)
20% Discount (200 to 249 pieces/sets)
25% Discount (250 or more pieces/sets)
* Discount will be displayed in the final quote.
* Quantity Discounts are different for Candy/Petal Cones & Gift Boxed Invitations. Please contact me for a quote.

STATIONERY PACKAGE DISCOUNTS:
* In addition to Quantity Discounts, the client may earn an additional discount!  All payments MUST be via personal check or money order to qualify for this additional discount.  Payments must be made in 2 separate payments.  1st payment to cover 50% of total and then the additional discount will be applied to the 2nd and final payment which will be total remaining balance.

* If the order contains 5 or more different types of "major" items, they qualify for an additional 15% discount off the total cost of the entire order (excluding shipping cost).
                                 
* If the order contains 4 or more different types of "major" items, they qualify for an additional 10% discount off the total cost of the entire order (excluding shipping cost).

* If the order contains 3 or more different types of "major" items, they qualify for an additional 5% discount off the total cost of the entire order (excluding shipping cost).

*** MAJOR ITEMS include: save the dates, invitations, menu cards, programs, escort cards, placecards, table cards, and seating chart. 
            
*** Candy cones/petal cones, favor tags, favor bags, cocktail stir sticks, and cupcake toppers qualify as a major item if you order 100 pieces or more.

*** All other items are not considered "major" items.
*** Discount(s) will be displayed in the final quote. 
*** Discounts do not apply to shipping costs and/or design fees/custom design fees.

Please keep in mind, the beauty of handcrafted items lie within each handcrafted piece. None are perfectly the same. My hands are not a "machine".  I design, print, and personally handcraft/assemble each individual item. All production takes place in my home studio.

*** Also, I am an avid recycler, so do not be surprised if your order is packaged in a re-used cardboard box and stuffed with random magazine pages/newspapers. Save the earth! Re-use and conserve!

*** Please do not purchase my designs and use them to sell to others, neither digital files nor handcrafted items. Please do not purchase my work or any digital files to recreate the same item and then to re-sell it for neither personal nor commercial gains/uses. Please do not copy and forward the design to friends for their use. I am a designer and want my work to be valued and respected.

All my designs are available in any colors of your choice!
For all items, I offer discounted pricing based on the quantity ordered.
Package discounts are also available.
For boxed invitations, there is a minimum order of 50 sets.
For all other invitations, there is a minimum order of 25 sets.
For all other items, there is NO minimum order.
I DO NOT sell digital files.
